Account control

Delete your ActualSet account.

You can permanently delete the account from any browser. You do not need the installed home-screen app.

How to delete it

  1. Open ActualSet and sign in.
  2. Open Settings using the gear in the top-right corner.
  3. Choose Delete account and all data.
  4. Enter your current password, type DELETE, and confirm.

What is deleted

The live account, login methods, active sessions, exercises, workout plans, completed workout history, notes, feedback records, Training Wall entries, and workout share codes are removed. The downloaded copy on that browser is also deleted.

Backup expiry

Deletion is immediate in the live service. Access-restricted backup copies may remain until they rotate out, currently within 14 nightly snapshots, and are used only for disaster recovery.

Cannot sign in?

Use password recovery first. During the controlled beta, contact the person who issued your account if you cannot access it. A monitored public support route will be added before store release.
